Regenize Customer Portal Overview

The Regenize Customer Portal will allow you to have more control over your recycling experience with Regenize. In this post, we'll explain how the new customer portal works and the functions available.

1. Logging in

If you're already a user of our Remali platform, your login details will be the same. If not, or if you have any questions regarding your login details, please contact us at admin@regenize.co.za.

2. Home page

After you've successfully logged in, you'll land on the home page where you'll be able to view your recycling statistics and last collection status. You also have the ability to skip your next collection, see fig 1.

2.1) Last Collection Status

This will display whether you recycled or not in your last collection. If you did, the weight of your recyclables and the amount of CO2 avoided will be displayed.

2.2) Skip Your Next Collection

If you won't be able to put your recyclables out for your next collection, simply click on the 'Not Home? Skip Your Next Collection' link and the team will skip your next collection.

3. Update Personal Details

On the update personal details page, you can update the following:

  • Communication email - this is the email where we'll send your email communication to. Your username, the email or cellphone no. you used to register with, cannot be changed. You'll always use your username to log into Regenze applications.

  • Name

  • Surname

  • Contact number
